This project for Earls involved a custom wine wall, a variety of custom lighting, custom washroom signage, custom coat racks, custom door pulls, and custom metal screens for the dining area.
The letters for the restroom signage were cut from aluminum using our waterjet machines and given a brushed finish.
The wine racks were made with steel. Specially designed holders were first drafted in AutoCad, Afterward, the parts were cut on our waterjet machining center and welded to tubular structural members. The finish was flat black powdercoating.
Three separate lighting concepts were designed by Earls’ in-house team and perfected by Karice. The first concept was three custom dining room chandeliers. Each chandelier varied in size. A 60" diameter, 48" diameter and 36" diameter light was created. Low voltage lighting using automotive bulbs created the twinkle effect the design team was looking for. The second installation required multi light pendants to be suspended above the dining tables. Each pendant used nineteen, 15 watt bulbs for the display. Last of all, custom wall sconces were made. The wall sconces used a faux beeswax candle to diffuse the candelabra bulbs.
Custom metal screens were also developed and manufactured for the dining area. A honeycomb pattern was selected by the Earls design team. This then required the designs to be perfected in AutoCad, water jet cutting, welding, and powder coating.
