A Sculptural Chain of Light for a Modern Hospital Lobby
At the Jefferson Washington Township Hospital, large circular chandeliers interlock into a single suspended linear composition above the lobby.
Our goal at Karice was to match the lobbyโs scale without adding weight overhead.
Linked Circulus Chandelier, a Karice Original
For this project, our very own Linked Circulus Chandelier consisted of 15 individual circular rings, built into one continuous suspended form. The rings interlock like chain links, each one rotated to a slightly different angle than the next. That variation keeps the long run from feeling rigid, softening its overhead presence.
Additionally, each ring is around the same size and height. Thus, the composition reads as a deliberate, even rhythm rather than a random scatter.ย
Decorative Chandelier Lighting for a Modern Healthcare Interior
The surrounding interior in the facility is bright and linear: glass walls, white ceiling panels, and reflective floors. Against the backdrop, these linked round chandeliers introduce curve and overlap, while the open rings keep the sightlines clear.ย
Hospital lobby lighting like this gives the otherwise rectilinear space a softer focal point overhead.
