A Custom Lighting Collection for an Elevated Dining Experience
Every element of Gordon Ramsay Steak was designed to create a memorable dining experience, and the lighting plays a central role in establishing the restaurant’s atmosphere. Rather than relying on a single feature fixture, the project called for a collection of custom luminaires that would work together to create warmth, elegance, and a refined architectural identity.
Working alongside the design team, Karice engineered and manufactured a series of bespoke lighting solutions, including a monumental illuminated globe and a collection of decorative multi-light chandeliers. While each fixture serves a different purpose, they share a common design language that creates continuity throughout the restaurant.
From intimate dining spaces to larger gathering areas, every fixture was developed to balance visual impact with soft, comfortable illumination. Together, the installations create a layered lighting experience that complements the restaurant’s premium finishes while enhancing the overall guest experience.
Featured Installation
Monumental Illuminated Globe
Designed as a defining architectural feature within the restaurant, the custom illuminated globe creates an immediate visual focal point while providing soft, evenly diffused illumination. Its generous scale allows it to command the space without overwhelming it, reinforcing the refined atmosphere expected of a world-class dining destination.
Complementary Lighting Collection
Custom Multi-Light Chandeliers
To complement the feature globe, Karice designed and manufactured a series of custom multi-light chandeliers that introduce rhythm, scale, and visual interest throughout the restaurant. Featuring opal glass globes arranged around sculptural ring frames, the fixtures provide ambient illumination while reinforcing the contemporary design language of the space.
Together with the feature globe, the chandeliers create a cohesive lighting composition that feels intentional from every corner of the restaurant.
