In physics, the electron is a subatomic particle with a negative elementary, electric charge. Electrons radiate energy in the form of photons when accelerated. Thus begins the inspiration for the light that we have designed and titled “The Electron”.
The Electron pendant is part of a lighting series that has been in development since December 2015. The electron wall sconce was the first fixture of this series. We have now designed and manufactured the Electron pendant and tri-pendant and multi-pendant chandelier.
The Electron reflects efficient engineering, without compromising beauty or functionality. It is illuminated with energy efficient LED strips through frosted clear acrylic along the inner and outer rings. The double-sided lighting maximizes illumination, while the LED maximizes efficiency. Aside from its beauty, the frosted acrylic also serves a functional purpose, as it is easy on the eyes. There are no hot spots, as they are cleverly concealed. The light has a pleasing color temperature of 3000K.
Like the subatomic particle, the light is deceptively simple. But as you delve deeper, its ingenuity is revealed. On the front surface, there are no visible fasteners on either side of the rings, which allows for a clean and refined finish. The light is suspended from co-axial cable which offers a clean suspended appearance. The light with no visible electrical wiring pollution, it appears to be floating in mid-air.
The Electron is simple and refined, yet modern and futuristic. The pendant is part of a broader lighting series that includes a hanging pendant, and a wall sconce. Each Electron was designed, developed, and manufactured by Karice Enterprises Ltd., in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.
The development of this luminaire employed many complex manufacturing processes, all of which were done in house at the Karice Facility just outside of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada The anodized finish of the pieces can be selected in either gold, silver or black.

Dimmable, Energy Efficient, Custom Design, Multiple Sizes
A circle is a closed shape in geometry. It is a universal symbol representing infinity.
We present our new light, inspired by geometric shapes, Circulus, the symbol of infinite light. A ring of light that illuminates 360 degrees. Energy efficient LEDs are used in this light, pointing both up and downwards, an offering not seen in other lights in the market.
Constructed out of aluminum, the light is a unique composition when viewed from on top and below the fixture. An entirely different spectacle is seen from underneath the light. A stepped linear structure is crafted that offers multiple visible lines that create a visual interest to the design.
Available in 24”, 40” and 48” diameter sizes and multiple finishing options. Our light as shown is finished in a medium bronze powder coat finish.

CUBE light is a simple LED pendant light and is our newest addition to our Modern Lighting Collection. Inspired by the Rubik’s cube the product release date is September 2019
Cube light is inspired by the Rubik’s Cube. The design was envisioned back in 2016, and finally the team at Karice put the lighting design to task in 2019. The colors relate to the colors found on Rubik’s cube. However, the light is also offered in our standard black, silver and gold anodized finishes as well. The light is also inspired by the fun and joy of watching the carefree abandon children have while playing. Karice wanted to create a light that was bright and playful in color and also in form. CUBE is very relatable – its pure and simple design. The cube is the essential building block of structural learning and experimental design which begins at a very young age, and stays with us through all our lifelong journeys.

Inspired by Pythagoras Theorem, the pendant LED light is a representation of a Pythagorean triple. The triple is 3-4-5. The shape is a right angle triangle. A simple design, but a striking LED pendant luminaire is the result of these integer solutions to the Pythagorean Theorem.
The actual dimensions of the light are 3ft x 4ft x 5ft, true relational dimensions of the Theorem. The light is illuminated with energy efficient LEDs. Cleverly designed with no visible power source or cords to obstruct the view, the light appears to be floating in mid-air.
The light can be finished in black, white or custom colors. The LEDs are available in alternate color temperatures and are dimmable.
