Hand-Formed Petals and Glowing Glass Shaping a Cafรฉ Interiorย
The lighting at Linh Cafe carries a floral line across two fixtures: glowing glass and hand-formed petals above the bar, and smaller-scale lamps echoed near the seating area.
The feature began with Bloom, one of Karice’s signature fixture families. For this project, we adapted that floral light fixture into a longer suspended chandelier above the bar. A second piece carries the same language at a different scale and mounting condition.
Bloom Floral Chandelier
The main fixture is a customized Bloom chandelier installed above the cafรฉ bar.
Bloom is built around an artist’s interpretation of a floral arrangement. Each light combines hand-blown glass with precision-cut brass petals. These petals are individually formed and heat-treated, so the flower heads don’t feel identical or machine-flat.
For Linh Cafe, we extended the floral pendant light into a long flower branch chandelier composition. The glowing glass globes sit among brass petals along a warm metal branch-like frame, suspended from rigid vertical supports.ย The result is floral chandelier lighting that feels custom to the bar, not simply repeated from a standard pendant layout.
It’s LED system also uses dim-to-warm COB technology, shifting from 1800K to 3000K to support a warmer cafรฉ atmosphere when dimmed.
Floral Floor Lamp
The flower floor lamp translates the same Bloom language into a column-mounted fixture. Rather than suspending from the ceiling, the flower heads extend from a tubular frame attached to a column within the cafรฉ. This echoes the chandelier’s brass petals and glass globes at a smaller, eye-level scale.
